Weigh Pro - Case Study
THE PROBLEM
WeighPro is a CE-certified manufacturer of crane and load weighing systems based in Co. Tipperary with over 500 units installed across Ireland the UK mainland Europe Canada and the USA. While the hardware was already trusted on the ground the operational systems behind the business had not kept pace with the scale of the work.
Sales enquiries testimonials load records and customer jobs were spread across disconnected tools and manual processes. There was no single environment pulling the commercial side of the business and the in-field operation together.
OUR APPROACH & SOLUTION
We designed and developed a connected digital ecosystem that systemised WeighPro across two complementary platforms. A bespoke marketing and product website and a dedicated Digital Load Management app built for crane operators to use alongside the wireless weighing hardware.
The website systemises the commercial side. A configurator guides prospects through the product range an interactive dealer map points enquiries to verified dealers across five markets a structured testimonials system organises real customer stories by region and every contact submission flows into a single trackable pipeline.
The Digital Load Management app systemises the in-field side. Crane operators see the live weight on screen with overload warnings a one-tap capture flow generates a weighbridge-style ticket with location and timestamp written automatically and every load is tied to a named customer and job. The Jobs module tracks completed loads against the total required for each customer so progress is visible at a glance. Tickets are emailed direct to customers or downloaded as branded PDFs giving WeighPro a consistent professional output for every weigh.
Both platforms share the same brand system so the operator in the cab the dealer on the website and the customer receiving a ticket all experience one connected business.
